Parcolys is an innovative company, founded in 2001, specializing in 100% waterproof floor and wall covering solutions developed. Three years after the devastating fire that completely destroyed the company site at the industrial zone ‘De Bruwaan’ in Oudenaarde, work is in full swing to rebuild the Parcolys building. The new commercial building, a build-to-suit project of approximately 10,000 m², will consist of modern offices at the front and warehouses with a free height of 12 meters and eight loading docks at the rear. Completion is scheduled by the end of 2025. With the new facilities, Parcolys aims to prepare for a sustainable and efficient future.
Winlock is helping to build the new site and will install a fireproof shutter with a 60 minutes fire resistance (EI1 60).
