La Lorraine Bakery Group is investing €200 million in its Erpe-Mere site over the coming years. Four new production lines have already been inaugurated, primarily focused on boosting the output of baguettes and donuts. These investments will enable the company to double both its production capacity and workforce by 2030.
La Lorraine Bakery Group (LLBG) is a 100% family-owned Belgian company with 85 years of experience in milling and baking. The group operates from 18 state-of-the-art production facilities and supplies to more than 35 countries worldwide.
At the Erpe-Mere site, Winlock will install no fewer than 11 fire-resistant sectional shutters with a fire rating of 60 minutes (EI1 60) and 5 fire-resistant sectional shutters with a fire rating of 120 minutes (EI1 120).
