The infrastructure is being developed with a focus on sustainability and efficiency, including a BREEAM Excellent certification, a renewable energy plant on the roof, and advanced automation and space optimization.
Winlock will install no fewer than 89 fire-resistant sectional shutters and 30 fire-resistant doors with 60-minute fire resistance (EI1 60) in various sizes and specifications at La Fontaine.
