Alro Snacks is a Belgian food company based in Mouscron, specialising in the production of artisanal meat specialities such as brochettes and other prepared dishes. The company was founded in 2004 by Kristien and Christophe, who decided to leave their jobs to further develop Alro. In its early years, Alro Snacks mainly produced brochettes; later, the range was expanded to include various other prepared products.
Alro Snacks aims to expand its activities. To meet increasing demand and create more space for production, storage and product development, the company is currently constructing a new production site in Mouscron, significantly larger than the previous building. This new site will enable Alro Snacks to increase its production capacity and operate in a future-proof manner with modern installations.
At this production site in Mouscron, Winlock will install fire-resistant sectional shutters, one of which will be equipped with the Food Lock application. This solution is specifically designed for the food industry and supports a safe and controlled production environment, where hygiene and food safety are key priorities.
