Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.), a global family-owned company, develops innovative and sustainable flooring and material solutions. In September 2022, B.I.G. began construction of a new showroom and associated office spaces in Wielsbeke. The building, with a total area of about 3,700 square meters, of which 1,600 square meters is designated for the showroom, is designed as a Nearly Energy Neutral (BEN) building by using geothermal technology for heating and cooling. The showroom offers customers and partners the opportunity to discover and experience all of B.I.G.’s solutions, ranging from flooring solutions and semi-finished products to polymers. In addition, the central space, “Place Beaulieu,” serves as a meeting place for employees to work together on B.I.G.’s motto: “Shaping sustainable living, together.” With this investment, B.I.G. underlines its ambition to be a market leader not only in products, but also in innovation, sustainability and experience.
